Smaller, lighter and requiring minimal power consumption; the Thermal-Eye 4500AS thermal imaging camera series delivers industry leading performance and is the most advanced solution ever.

Nearly 40% smaller than any of its predecessors, the 4500AS camera core uses less power and can operate with just (2) AA batteries. Each camera core has an identical board-footprint, is designed with a common set of innovative and power features and provides high performance, flexibility and uncomplicated integration. A variety of fields of view are available to meet the needs of specific application.

Silicon Bolometer Technology
The first camera on the market to utilize Amorphous Silicon Microbolometer technology, the 4500AS requires no chopper wheel or thermo-electric cooler, resulting in a smaller, lighter, and lower-cost camera.
Digital Signal Processing
The 4500AS employs digital signal processing and automatic contrast and brightness to produce superior images with fewer adjustments.
Low Power
The 4500AS can operate for more than three hours on two off-the-shelf AA batteries
Small and Light
The 4500AS is extremely small and light, and the electronics may be mounted separately from the optics for ultimate flexibility in integration.
Easy Integration
Simple and straightforward inputs and outputs make this a "volts-in, video-out" IR camera.
